Refunds

All products** are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days and up to 30 days, all products are only eligible for store credit.

All products tagged 'skin care' are final sale unless purchased with Klarna. Products in this category purchased with Klarna are able to be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a refund via your original payment method plus $10 store credit.

Shower head filter replacements are final sale unless purchased with Klarna. Filter replacements purchased with Klarna are eligible for a return and refund via original payment method up to 14 days after the delivery date.

To initiate a return or refund, please email sales@selfsanaessentials.com with 'Refund (Order Number)' as the subject.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
